Overview
A Flutter Web back-office for a Mexican bank's onboarding operations. I own features across MFA/OTP auth, application management, document review and system configuration, and I built the shared tables, filters, upload and dashboard chart components the whole product runs on.
What I did
- Owned MFA/OTP authentication, user profiles, application management, document review and system configuration.
- Translated business workflows into creation, editing, filtering, pagination, upload, re-upload and approval experiences.
- Built reusable paginated tables, file-upload, filters, popups, date pickers, forms and dashboard charts.
- Built dashboard chart components from scratch: time-series, stacked bar, donut and horizontal bar.
- Fixed production issues and refined UX details across review states, errors and loading feedback.

Analytics summary
An analytics summary built from scratch
Stat tiles with deltas, a date-range picker and a time-series chart that overlays line and bar series. No charting package: every axis, gridline, tooltip and legend is a custom Flutter widget, so it matches the design system exactly.
Donuts, bars and stage timings
Completion and uploader donuts with centred totals, approval breakdown by person type, average onboarding time with a reference line, and horizontal bars for processing time per stage.
Application management
A paginated table with tab counts, search, round filter and colour-coded status chips for every workflow state, from Pending Legal Assignment to Matching Timeout.
Document workflow
A sticky 'in charge' rail shows creator, validator and legal reviewer, while the document list tracks upload rounds, status and verification per file, with download and open actions inline.
Review with data extraction
A split view pairs the PDF viewer with extracted fields. Each field can be verified or edited, and a progress counter tracks how much of the document has been checked.
User and role management
Sortable, filterable user table with role badges and activity status, built on the same reusable table component as the rest of the product.
